The exclusive Riad Monceau guesthouse, ideally located a few steps away from Jemaa el Fna,
is also famed for its Moroccan gourmet cuisine, and has everything necessary on hand to offer
highly enjoyable Cooking Workshops affording enthusiasts – even beginners – a chance to
discover the secrets of one of the world’s finest range of culinary arts.
Led by the Riad Monceau’s chef, and held in the restaurant kitchen itself, workshops are
restricted to a maximum of 4 participants in order to ensure a real ‘hands-on’ approach and
encourage lively interaction between those taking part.
Each half-day workshop is an opportunity to learn how to prepare either a starter and a main
course or a main course and a dessert. At the end of the session, the apprentice chefs sit down
to enjoy their creations in the magical setting of the Riad Monceau.
